£15, £35 or £60 per month
Three plans, rolling monthly with no long contract. Setting up DNS, email or accounts is a one-off fee, quoted before work starts.
These are guide figures to help you plan. Your exact price and what it includes are agreed in a written quote before any work starts. No VAT is added to these prices.
- £15: Hosting
- Hosting, SSL certificate, domain and DNS management, uptime monitoring and backups.
- £35: Care
- Everything in Hosting, plus up to 2 small content edits a month and email support with a reply within one working day.
- £60: Care Plus
- Everything in Care, plus up to 4 edits a month, email and Microsoft 365 support and a quarterly review.
- Setup
- A one-off fee where DNS, email or accounts need configuring, quoted before work starts. Larger changes are quoted separately.

Your domain
Your domain is held in your name, so you stay in control of it.
Planned changes
DNS and hosting changes are agreed with you first, and email records are checked before anything is switched.
Getting help
Ring, WhatsApp or send the form. Email support on the Care plans is answered within one working day. What each plan covers is set out in your written quote.
What I need from you
Access to your domain registrar and any existing hosting or email accounts, and a contact for decisions. I record everything that is set up and where.
Moving on
If we stop working together, you take your domain, content and settings with you.

About hosting and support.
Can you look after a website you did not build?
Often, yes. I will review it with you and say plainly whether to keep it as it is, move it or rebuild it.
Will changing DNS affect my email?
It can if records are wrong, which is why changes are planned and email records are checked before and after. I will tell you what will change and when.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain is held in your name. If we stop working together, you take your domain, content and settings with you.
What does support include?
The Hosting plan covers hosting, SSL, domain and DNS, uptime monitoring and backups. Care and Care Plus add content edits and email support, and Care Plus adds Microsoft 365 support and a quarterly review. IT support for your equipment is available through North Computers.
