What I’ve done, and what is newer.
19 years in IT
Repairs, business IT support, email, networks and security for homes and small businesses in Howden, Goole, Snaith and Selby. This is where my day-to-day experience comes from.
Websites and advertising are newer
I design and build websites and manage Google Ads and Facebook and Instagram campaigns as a newer service. My current projects are Whitecotes Residential Park and County Surfacing, and I show exactly what I did on each on the work page.
Why that matters to you
I know what small businesses rely on: email that works, a website that stays up and someone to ring when something breaks. I build and market with that in mind.
Honest about what I have done
If you ask whether I have done something before, I will tell you straight. If a project needs more than one person can offer, I will say so.
Solo, and upfront about it.
You deal with me
I do the design, the build and the campaign management myself. When you ring, I answer where I can, and I return calls if I am with another customer.
Limited capacity
Because I work alone, I take on a limited number of projects at a time. If I am fully booked, I will say so rather than overpromise.
Plain reporting
Reports explain what happened and what I will do next, in plain English.
No overpromising
I will not promise rankings or returns. If something will not work for your business, or you do not need it yet, I will say so.
Let’s talk about your project.
