Two Yorkshire businesses I currently build for and advertise. Each note covers the business, the problem, what I did, the decisions behind it and where the project stands today. I only publish results I can verify, and these projects are too recent for that.

A residential park home community between York and Leeds, where buyers need clear, accurate information before they book a viewing.

The business
A residential park home community between York and Leeds. Buyers are often moving some distance and need clear, accurate information before they book a viewing.
The problem
An audit found details that undermined trust: email links pointing at the wrong domain, “caravan park” wording that did not match the business, a viewing form listing the wrong homes, typos, and a cookie banner without a clear Reject choice.
What I did
Corrected the website content and email links, rebuilt the viewing request form around the right homes, added a Reject option to the cookie banner, improved search markup, and took over management of the Google Business Profile.
Decisions
The wording follows the owner’s preference for “residential park homes”. The over-45s age rule is stated clearly.
Status
Live and managed by North Digital. No results are published here.

A surfacing contractor that needs local homeowners to find the site, trust it and ask for a quote.

The business
A driveway and surfacing contractor serving Leeds and across Yorkshire, mainly for homeowners, with commercial work too.
The problem
An existing site with a generic page title, mixed homeowner and commercial messaging and no clear route to a quote.
What I did
Rebuilt the website as a fast, lightweight site with a free-quote form and a surface quiz, and set up a Google Ads search campaign for local driveway searches. I also prepared the Google Business Profile and set up the Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Decisions
Homeowner-led, with commercial work second. One honest offer: a free survey and fixed written quote, plus a seasonal offer chosen by the owner. Guarantee wording only as the owner approved it, with no invented terms. Optional advertising cookies only with consent, with a clear Reject choice.
Status
Website live. The Google Ads campaign launched in October 2026 and is still early stage, with a Facebook advert added at the end of the month. No results are published here.
